Common questions

How are AWS costs billed?

We pass through your organisation’s AWS usage at cost. Charges are sourced from CloudWatch/Billing and shown in your dashboard. We never mark up infrastructure.

What counts as a “concurrent site”?

Any site that’s running (active services, storage, or CDN) counts toward your concurrency limit. You can build/deploy as often as you like; concurrency only caps how many sites can run at the same time.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. Changing plans updates your organisation limits immediately. Pro-rated plan fees apply; AWS usage is separate.
